The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NuraHost expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NuraHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall NuraHost's total liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amounts paid by you to NuraHost in the past twelve months.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Indonesia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
